Pole Fitness

Ready to try an exciting new way to work out AND have fun? Whether it’s wanting to tone certain areas of your body or just wanting to walk around with a little more confidence, attend a Pole Fitness class to see what pole dance fitness can do for YOU! In this class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of pole dance fitness and work towards beautiful poses, spins, and tricks.  Must have permission from Kelly Goss to attend Pole Fitness Level 2  

  

Aerial Hoop

This class is intended and encouraged for all levels. You will learn the fundamentals of lyra (aerial hoop)! Explore how to play with beginner moves, tricks, and combos. Long pants recommended!

  

Sexitup! Floorwork

Previously known as "Classique Dance" 

This class will combine sexy style floorwork and basic pole transitions. You will learn hip rolling, booty shaking, crawling, and sexy goodness. Bring heels, knee pads and an OPEN MIND.

Strength & Flexibility

Whether you’re trying to increase your flexibility for that nemesis pole dance move, or you’d just like to reduce injury and increase range of motion, come out and experience the benefits of flexibility training! You will learn how to properly stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, and back.  Modifications will be made based on your personal level of flexibility.

Splits! Splits! Splits!

This leg flexibility centered class will help you achieve you split goals. You don’t have to be a gymnast, dancer or cheerleader to benefit from practicing splits. Flexibility training offers several different health benefits including -- improved posture, relaxation, reduced injury risk and decreased muscle soreness.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga is a relatively new approach to a traditional yoga practice. We use a silk fabric called a 'hammock' or 'swing' to support the weight of our bodies, helping us achieve various postures with more depth, ease and excitement. Spinal decompression at its finest!

  

All Things Handstands

Learn the basics of handstands, beginning with the foundation. We will learn how to safely approach a handstand through understanding the importance of hand placement, core work & alignment. We will explore different ways of entering handstands, and you will walk away with tips and drills to continue your handstand journey.

Pole Flow Choreography

Pole Flow is an artistic expression of movement. Combining contemporary dance with pole tricks and combos. Get ready to express yourself in a beautiful choreographed routine, as you diversify your repertoire! This class is open to all levels; our amazing instructor will provide easier and harder variations to suit your dance & pole experience. As this class has many dance elements you may need:

• Leggings • Knee Pads • Sock

TRX Strength & Conditioning

The TRX suspension training system is a great system to use that adds STRENGTH, lean MUSCLE, and will improve conditioning. Whatever your passion, TRX Suspension Training has the ability to improve your mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, power, core strength, and heart health! TRX makes gravity your resistance, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet, and progression is

limitless.
